DIEP Fitness & Exploration is a weekly movement experience designed to help people build strength, resilience, metabolic health, and a deeper relationship with their bodies through intelligent exercise, rhythm, and community.
Each class cadences between different styles of interval training using bodyweight movement, functional fitness, mobility work, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and coordinated group movement. Participants are welcome to bring weights to increase intensity and personalize their experience.
This is not about punishing the body. It is about learning how to work with your physiology — understanding effort, recovery, rhythm, and adaptation in a more sustainable and empowering way.

There is always space to dance.
The class is rooted in the belief that movement is more than exercise — it is communication with the body, the environment, and the nervous system. Through challenge, rhythm, music, and connection, participants build physical capacity while also developing emotional resilience, confidence, and presence.
All levels are welcome. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout class.
