You are invited to eperience Nepal through its people, traditions, mountains, and the practices that have shaped this culture for thousands of years.
Our journey begins in Kathmandu.
We'll spend our first days acclimating, exploring ancient temples, sacred Hindu and Buddhist sites, meditation spaces, local markets, and learning from Nepali guides who will introduce us to the history and philosophy of this remarkable country.
Rather than rushing through the city, we'll slow down enough to absorb it.
Then we'll fly together to Pokhara, our home for the remainder of the retreat.
Nestled in the foothills of the Annapurna Mountains, we'll settle into Green Hills Retreat, where our days will be filled with traditional Hatha yoga, embodied movement, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, nourishing local food, and workshops connecting modern neuroscience with ancient wisdom.
We'll explore nearby monasteries, practice with local teachers, and prepare both physically and mentally for our trek.
Then comes the mountain.
Together we'll embark on a 4-day / 3-night trek through the beautiful Panchase region, hiking approximately 6–7 hours each day.
The mountain becomes our classroom.
We'll practice mindfulness while walking, breath awareness, embodied movement, communication, resilience, and the principles of The Mountain Journey. We'll sleep in traditional tea houses, eat alongside local families, and witness a slower way of life that has endured for generations.
The trek isn't about reaching a summit.
It's about discovering what the mountain reflects back to us.
And then...
We don't rush home.
One of the most important parts of this retreat is what comes after the challenge.
We'll spend our final three nights integrating everything we've experienced through movement, Hatha yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, sound healing, community conversations, and spacious time to reflect.
Because transformation doesn't happen at the finish line.
It happens when we give ourselves permission to integrate.
If you're looking for a vacation, this probably isn't it.
If you're looking to deepen your relationship with your body, reconnect with nature, learn from another culture, challenge yourself physically, and return home with practices that continue long after the retreat ends...
I'd love to welcome you to Nepal.
