An intimate neurometabolic experience for women

This summer at a private residence, for a very small women’s immersion designed to help simplify fitness, reconnect women to their bodies, and better understand the relationship between movement, metabolism, nervous system regulation, hormones, recovery, and rhythm.
This is not a traditional workout class.
It’s an experiential day blending:
• Movement + mobility
• Nervous system regulation
• Strength foundations
• Breathwork + recovery
• Meal design + blood sugar awareness
• Structured vs. unstructured movement
• Community conversation + reflection
• Outdoor and indoor practices
Lunch is included and intentionally woven into the experience.
This offering is for women who want to feel stronger, clearer, more connected to themselves, and more informed about how to work with their physiology instead of constantly fighting against it.
